Liverpool’s Everyman and Playhouse theatres together make up one of the country’s leading theatre companies. Our staff team encompasses full- and part-time roles in production, programming, technical, artist development, outreach, education, marketing, sales, customer care, fundraising, administration and finance, so we are able to offer a wide range of career opportunities for those with a passion for theatre.

There are many ‘entry-level’ posts, both full and part-time, which offer a first step on the ladder of a career in theatre. Our policy is to nurture and enhance the skills of our staff and to find opportunities for advancement and development within the company whenever we can.
